Engineered Hardwood – Built with a real hardwood veneer over a stable plywood base. Refinishing depends on the thickness of the top layer. In many cases, it is possible, but not always.

Laminate & Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Designed to look like wood but made from synthetic materials. These floors cannot be sanded or re-stained. If refinishing isn’t possible, we’ll recommend the best alternatives. That may include repair, or installation of new hardwood, laminate, or LVP.
